Navy to Navy Homes has a VERY low rate of evictions - in fact, most our our evictions come in under our Landlord Rescue Program (where a Landlord has a bad experience with a tenant and needs help getting that tenant out of their property). 

But, if you like to play your investments a little safer, if you like added security, our Platinum Package gives you all the value of the Standard Package, plus Eviction Protection. 

For an additional $19.99 a month, in the event eviction is necessary, Navy to Navy will handle the court fees of the eviction up until appearing in court.
