Rental Application Procedures

Navy to Navy Homes LLC. requires that all applicants inspect the desired rental property by scheduling a showing with one of our agents prior to submitting any applications. All homes are professionally cleaned between tenancies.  Please inspect the property thoroughly during the showing as the home will be rented in “as is” condition unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

You may complete our application and present it to the showing agent or return it to us after the showing via email, fax or postal mail. An application fee of $50.00 per adult ($25.00 for active military) must be collected in order to process your application.  Application fees are paid in conjunction with our online application.

All residents over the age of 18 must complete an application. Applicants will be required to provide a copy of a photo ID.  Applicants will also be required to provide proof of income should employment verification be unavailable, for any reason. Additionally, we review credit reports and rental history. A background screening is conducted to review criminal, bankruptcy and eviction records.  Recommendations to our owners are made based on our Residential Selection Criteria, shown under the terms and agreements of our online application.

Each complete application is reviewed and tenants are selected based on their qualifications as well as criteria set by each individual owner. Therefore, applicants will not necessarily be approved on a first come, first served basis.  Owners may consider more than one application at a time, depending on when they are presented to the agent.
